Help desk for this index: Kakobuy contacts, a short glossary and frequent questions
Kakobuy answers for orders and parcels; we answer for what is written here.
Two help desks: Kakobuy for orders, this index for its pages
Orders, payments, photos, parcels: Kakobuy. According to its Contact page, live chat runs through a chat window on kakobuy.com and is staffed on weekdays between 9:00 and 18:30 UK time; a support Discord; and the email [email protected]. A separate business address is for partnerships only. The Kakobuy help centre has a search box and articles grouped by service type, after-sales, account and assets, value-added services, distribution and user notes.
This index: if a pick has vanished, a price is far off, a link lands in the wrong place or a fact is wrong, email [email protected] with the page address. We cannot see your Kakobuy account and cannot act on orders.

Glossary: the terms between a pick and a parcel
- QC photos
- Pictures the warehouse takes once your item is stocked in; Kakobuy's button for them reads QC Picture.
- GL and RL
- Shopper shorthand: green light means keep it, red light means return or exchange it.
- Stocked in
- The status that starts the five-day return window and the storage clock.
- Waybill
- Your request to ship stored items abroad, with address, packing and line.
- Rehearsal packing
- Kakobuy's pre-packing service. They pack once, for ¥18, so you know the weight before choosing a line.
- Line
- A named shipping route. Each has its own price, transit time, weight floor and banned goods.
- Volume weight
- A weight worked out from the box size; the line charges whichever is greater, this or the scale reading.
- OG number
- The order number Kakobuy uses for paid services on an order, such as extra storage.
- Domestic shipping
- The seller's delivery fee to the warehouse in China, paid with the item.
- Fill & Buy
- Kakobuy's manual order form for links it cannot read automatically.
- Priority purchase
- A ¥5 service that moves an order to the front, processed within 4 buyer working hours.
- Declared value
- What the customs form says the contents are worth. On duty-free lines Kakobuy fills it in, and it warns against false figures.
- Referral code
- The code in our Kakobuy links (affcode). It pays us a commission and changes nothing for you.

Answers to questions frequently asked by readers
- Is this the official Kakobuy site?
- No. kakosheet.net is an independent catalogue. Orders, payments, photos and parcels all happen on kakobuy.com, and Kakobuy support handles them.
- Do the referral links cost me anything?
- No. The Kakobuy buttons carry our referral code and the product links carry a tracking tag. Prices are the same either way.
- Why only three picks per shelf?
- So each one can be opened, described and re-read. The search box on the home page covers the whole catalogue when you want more.
- Are the prices on the leaves current?
- They are the lowest listed option on October 22, 2026. The listing link shows today's price and every option.
- Have you bought these items?
- No. We read the listings and opened every cover photo; we have not ordered the 48 picks. The looks are what we would ask the warehouse to show.
- Can Kakobuy check that an item works?
- Not as part of the free inspection. Its rules say electronics are not checked for function, quality or authenticity.
- How many days can a parcel sit in Kakobuy's warehouse?
- A hundred days without charge, counted from in storage. After that, ¥10 buys each order another 30 days.
- What if the colour is wrong?
- Ask within the five-day window that starts when the item is stocked in. A wrong item sent by the seller costs you nothing to return.
- Which line should I choose?
- The cheapest one whose notes accept everything in the parcel and whose weight floor you meet. Insurance is worth it on the expensive picks.
- Where do I report a mistake on this site?
- Email [email protected] with the page address. Order problems go to Kakobuy support, since we cannot see accounts.
