Use the two-letter category codes to jump to a shelf without scrolling through all sixteen. Each shelf contains three selected listings across its price range; a higher position is a higher listed price, not a quality grade. Compare the exact option, materials described and QC question on each card before carrying a listing into Kakobuy.
The leaves group shelves that get checked the same way: upper-body clothing, layers and legs, things you wear on your feet or carry, and small goods where the inspection limits matter most.
What the Kakobuy Spreadsheet is on this site
In shopping-agent circles a Spreadsheet means a catalogue of products other buyers have found on Chinese stores, grouped by category, with a link for each so you can buy it through an agent. It is a set of picks you can browse, not a file. A Kakobuy Spreadsheet is one whose picks are meant to be bought through Kakobuy.
Most catalogues try to be long. This one is deliberately short. For each of the sixteen shelves we read the best-selling entries on October 22, 2026, sorted them by the lowest listed price, and kept one pick near the bottom, one in the middle and one near the top. That gives you the spread of a shelf in three cards, plus two or three things to look for in the warehouse photos of each.

Kakobuy in two sentences, and why the picks point there
Kakobuy buys items from Taobao, Tmall, 1688, JD.com and other Chinese stores on your behalf, has them delivered to its Xiamen warehouse, takes photos, and sends them abroad on whichever international line you pick. It charges no service fee on purchases; its income sits in the exchange rate and the shipping, which the costs page breaks down.
Every pick on this index is a store listing Kakobuy can buy from a pasted link. You copy the link, drop it into kakobuy.com's search bar, pick the option, and pay. Our referral code rides along on the button below; it does not change your price.
The official walkthrough video and the seven steps
Kakobuy hosts a 1 minute 34 second video on its own home page that walks through a first Taobao order: account, link, payment, warehouse photos, address, line and dispatch. We pulled the frames for our guide from it, so the screens you see there are the screens you will meet.
The video is not loaded until you press play, and it streams from Kakobuy's server. The guide turns it into seven written steps with the timing, fees and catches the video leaves out.
Two or three looks per pick, written before you pay
After an item reaches the warehouse, Kakobuy staff photograph it and the pictures appear under QC Picture in your warehouse list. The free check looks at the outside only, meaning the model, the style and the size. It does not test function, and it does not judge authenticity.
That makes it worth deciding in advance what you need to see. Every pick on this index carries two looks specific to that listing, and every shelf carries three general ones. If a look needs a photo the standard set will not include, the photo request builder lists it and prices it at the ¥2 per photo Kakobuy charges for extra shots.

Costs at a glance: no service fee, a margin in the rate
A Kakobuy order is paid twice. First the item and its domestic shipping to the warehouse, then, when you send the parcel, the international freight plus small per-parcel charges and any extras you add. Kakobuy charges no service fee on purchases, which is true and also not the full picture.
The rest of the picture is the exchange rate. Measured independently in October 2026, Kakobuy's all-in markup on currency came to +8.5%. On a basket worth 100 at the mid-market rate, you pay roughly 108.5. That is the line to compare when you weigh agents, not the fee line.

Draft the warehouse view that could change your decision
Choose the shelves, pieces per shelf and one or two views per piece. The builder returns a draft and a cost based on the dated ¥2-per-photo figure. Edit every line to name your actual item and the measurement or detail you need; avoid paying twice for an angle already visible in the standard set. Copying the text does not submit a request to Kakobuy. Confirm the available service and price before ordering the extra photo.

Dated notices from Kakobuy, kept short
Kakobuy posts announcements on its own notice list, and some of them change what an order costs. The ones that matter for picks on this index:
- October 9, 2026: a Halloween event with a 10% shipping subsidy from October 10 to 16 and a coupon pack until October 31.
- June 23, 2026: from July 1 the EU charges a customs duty per product category; Kakobuy says it will charge €3 per parcel instead.
- July 1, 2026: Kakobuy's EU duty-free lines carry on.
- April 17, 2025: tax-free routes for buyers in the United States.
